Dealing with risk and incidents is part of doing international business. But encountering a crisis is another story. This can threaten life, the reputation or even the existence of your organization. Duration of the training:

Fully dependent on your learning objectives. Ideally we move beyond a single moment in time and give a good introduction on the structure and best practice some weeks before the actual exercise. The simulation will be fully tailored to your needs, so time, place, scenario and duration depends on how we design it. And the evaluation is just as important as the simulation itself, so we will be happy to support in that as well.

What will you be doing during this day?

In this training we expose your crisis management team to a realistic simulated event that is serious enough to keep your Board members awake at night. The presented case will be fully adjusted to customer realities, working environment and internal procedures. The team members will be able to practice the realities of having to deal with a variety of actors such as the general public, insurance companies, criminal elements, government, press, social media, family and colleagues.

Through our specially developed Mediasim, an effective online communication tool, the crisis managements team will be able to immediately view the effect of their communication, through incoming responses on their broadcasts.

The simulation team offers immediate feedback and improvement points.

About the trainers

The training will be facilitated by a professional and experienced crisis responder, who provides immediate realistic advice. Furthermore, the training will be given by a senior security trainer. He or she will make sure the learning points are well integrated in your safety and security policies.

Both facilitators are specialised in designing, implementing and evaluating crisis management and experienced in responding effectively to crisis situations in an organised and structured way. As all our trainers, they have CPP (ASIS) or CCMP (Certified Crisis Management Professional) accreditation.
